How do I return my parcel?

Once your order's complete, expect a confirmation email. Our team swiftly prepares and sends it out. Within 24 hours, you'll receive another email with a 'TRACK YOUR ORDER' button. Click to find your tracking number and courier details. For updates, enter your order number on our website's 'Track My Order' section.

How long does delivery take?

Once you place an order on our website, our dedicated team will process it within 1-3 business days. During this time, we carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipping. For customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other countries, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.

What do I do if I haven't received my order but it's showing as delivered?
